ፋሺስት ጣሊያን ኢትዮጵያን በወረረችበት ወቅት ታዳጊ ሕፃን ነበሩ፤ ያንን የጦርነት እሳት ተቋቁመው ተረፉ። አድገውም በሆቴል ኢንዱስትሪው ደማቅ አሻራ አሳረፉ። በ1968 ዓ.ም. ያለ አንዳች ጥፋት ወደ ወኅኒ ወረዱ።

ከመሞታቸው በፊት ታሪካቸውን በገዛ አንደበታቸው በድምፅ ቀረጹ። ልጃቸው ሶፊያ ያንን ድምፅ መጽሐፍ አደረገችው።

Enfant, il a traversé l’invasion italienne. Adulte, il a laissé une empreinte forte dans l’hôtellerie éthiopienne. En 1968 du calendrier éthiopien, il est jeté en prison sans avoir commis aucune faute.

Avant sa mort, il a raconté sa vie de sa propre voix sur cassette. Sa fille Sophia a fait de cette voix un livre.

Before his death he told his life story in his own voice on cassette. His daughter Sophia turned that voice into a book.

De niño vivió la invasión italiana. De adulto dejó una huella profunda en la hostelería etíope. En 1968 del calendario etíope fue encarcelado sin haber cometido falta alguna.

Antes de morir contó su vida con su propia voz en casete. Su hija Sophia convirtió esa voz en un libro.
